I've tried many times, but cannot get the mod to work. Instead Mincraft crashes.
I am using Forge 1.12 from the link on the home page, the mod in 1.12, and the required secondary mod.

You're using very old versions of the mod, and AutoRegLib. Please use the latest. Where did you even get these old files?

I do not, however I think I found the issue. I must have downloaded Quark-r1.2-102.jar and not Quark-r1.2-103.jar. I re-downloaded it and AutoReg and now it works just fine. I have also found a few sites that have this mod, that may be out-of-date.

Those sites are distributing old versions of the mod (which can potentially be tampered with) without permission. You should download exclusively from the official source, or well, this can happen.
