[1.12.2] Quark disables Smooth Lighting

Clicking on the Smooth Lighting option sets it to Minimum, and then cannot be clicked again. Leaving the options menu (Or changing the GUI size) reverts it back to Off. Doesn't crash, and only happens when Quark is installed, not with only AutoRegLib.
EDIT: After letting it generate a new config file, the bug is gone.
Smooth lighting is disabled if you enable the experimental colored light
feature. Not a bug.

can we have something that tells us that smooth lighting is disabled by the colored lighting? I thought it was a bug as well.
