Exploding creepers inconsistently turn surrounding creepers red

Using Quark r1.3-114 with AutoRegLib 1.3-14 and Forge 14.23.0.2528 on Fast graphics.

When a Creeper makes the exploding animation, it sometimes turns surrounding creepers (that are not exploding) red. It also rapidly alternates between red and normal color when the Creeper is ignited with flint and steel, as opposed to getting within countdown range normally.

The following video demonstrates this inconsistent behavior. It was recorded with several other mods, but I was also able to reproduce with only Quark and AutoRegLib installed:

Still able to confirm on Forge 14.23.0.2531 with AutoRegLib; I reproduced it instantly this time but sometimes it takes a while.

I've noticed this myself, but it is very hit or miss whether it will happen. It stopped happening when I updated my graphics driver, though (or it just made it harder to spot).

Again, I can't reproduce this. I'll add a thing to make it reset the color before and after the render, but I don't know if it can fix it.

Forgot about this issue, just tested it now and it still occurs in r1.3-117. I might do some more testing later when I have more time.

@Vazkii Yeah it still happens to me on r1.4-118 (Forge 14.23.1.2555, no other mods besides AutoRegLib). It's just strange how this only happens to some creepers and not others very randomly.

I really have no idea what causes this. I'll leave it open for now should I or someone else come across anything.
