Iron ladders do not allow you to continue climbing up a trap door. No issue climbing up trap door using vanilla ladder (I believe this feature was added in MC 1.9). Tested with MC 1.12.2 and Quark 1.3-116.

Unfortunately, due to how trapdoors look specifically for the vanilla ladder block, I can't fix this.
