Cannot craft the bookshelfs added by Quark

If I use either birch, spruce, dark oak or acasia planks to craft a bookshelf I get the oak version. If I want anything other than the vanilla bookshelf I have to cheat them in.
I'm using Quark 1.4-121 with Forge 14.23.1.2561.
I'll close this one in favour of #774
