I can't seem to get custom mod biomes to spawn Pathfinder Maps.

Here's an example of an element placed within the "Custom Map Info" array in quark.cfg:
biomesoplenty:alps,2,8,14,7FE4FF,Alps Pathfinder Map
(quark.cfg)

It seems pretty straightforward - however, the map doesn't appear with any Cartographers, and the log shows the error:
