"Any: X" recipes from Quark causing a large number of recipe conflicts within Quark

There are additional occurrences of the problem described in #136 and #754
According to JEI, Quark is adding recipes that overwrite other recipes added by Quark.
The oak chest, for example, has a recipe that accepts a ring of "any: plankWood (recipe by: quark)", preventing any of the wood variant chests from being crafted.
The same problem occurs for trapdoors, in addition to bookcases and trapped chests.
Does anyone know if it is possible to use crafttweaker to remove such variable recipes in the meantime? I'm only familiar with its basic functionality.

On further testing the uncraftable Doors and Trapdoors might not be a Quark issue.
At the moment it seems like Misty World was responsible with its recipes. They're not listed as using "any plankWood" yet still cycle through all varieties of wood planks and the timber added by Misty World.
The bookcases and trapped chests are definitely a Quark issue though.
