MC 1.12.2, Quark r1.4-122, Forge 14.23.2.2624

The vanilla walls bring the fence gate down a bit. Also, the Quark walls are in the 'building blocks' creative tab while the vanilla ones are in the 'decoration' tab.

I hate these small inconsistencies, but vanilla blocks are vanilla blocks, and won't really connect properly. Regardless, I'll move the walls to Decoration.
