I just found out that Shulkers and their boxes have colored variants, but only the purple one can be obtained without cheating. The color is controlled by the Color attribute in it's NBT tag, being an integer like the meta of wool or stained glass. So here's my suggestion: please make Shulkers colorable by clicking on it with a dye in the world. They could then also drop shells in the respective color to craft colored Shulker boxes. Thanks for your mods anyway =)

PS: just found out tht it's already in the pocket version but not the java one..
