An old old feature of MC that was removed a long time ago. I would love to see this added back in. It made aesthetic options really nice sometimes. Perhaps the ability to right click with a stick to make it attach to blocks?

The stick thing probably isn't possible as you wouldn't have anywhere to store that data

The first idea is definitely possible with ASM in the fence connector method though
