I'm unsure if it is possible, but I would like to suggest adding auto-recipes similar to the stairs/slab recipes for lingering potions and tipped arrows. Several mods that add one or two potion effects, and even mods that add lots of effects, don't add versions of their potions for potions and arrows.

That's really on their end innit.
