Every time I open Minecraft it loads the mods but before it gets to the title screen it crashes and shows this message:

TLDR:
The game crashed whilst there was a severe problem during mod loading that has caused the game to fail

Nevermind I figured it out by looking at other peoples problems... I was using an outdated version of AutoRegLib.

Can you paste your crash and latest.log files using Gist or Pastebin, please?

The crash log should be the most recent file under /crash-reports in your Minecraft folder.
latest.log should be under /logs also inside your Minecraft folder.
