What version of MC, More Layers, Quark, ARL, and Forge are you running?
Are they any other mods installed? If, so what are they (include version please).
Also, the steps to reproduce issue.
Also, are there any changes to quark config.

Everything is up to date, and I had a couple other mods at the time but the only ones I can remember are Optifine, fastcraft, Xerox's mini and world maps, and a cape mod.

when you log in animals legs will flail in odd rotations (not in a sphere, but the circle to which they already are aligned.) and in regions of the map, you get thrown in odd directions, and your curser is not what you hit.

local world. A lot of doors that move up in some way do this.

What do you mean the doors are moving?

Looks like an incompatibility on their end.
