Even turning off the options, the Crystal Caves continue to appear. (Resolved. Its my fault. Sorry.)

Edit 2: God... I feel stupid. The caves Im talking about are not from this mod. Its from Actually Additions. Please, close this. And sorry. I feel dumb.

TLDR: even if turn off all the options, Crystal Caves continue to generate on the map.

Edit: When I say "enter the game" means "I start a new save".

Maybe it's a bug, maybe it's not. But anyway, here is the best place to post this.
I have the most up-to-date version of Quark. I turned off the Crystal Caves in the mod options (letter Q). But when I enter the game, they continue to appear normally. Then I tried to increase the number of blocks between them to spawn. Nothing, it continues to appear almost 1 by 3 chunks. Then I used the option to stay blacklisted in Overworld and it also did not work, they continue to spawn in the same number as before.

I do not know if has already happened with other people but here it is.

#-1- Did you completely reload the game?

#-2- Did you reset old config files?

#-3- Please do not use the term "latest quark version" and provide the actual number.
(e.g. "Quark-r1.5-127" which was the latest at the time this post was made)

#-4- Forge version, please do not say "latest," specify whether it is a "recommend" version or not and the number. (e.g. "Recommended 1.12.2 - 14.23.4.2705" which was the latest at the time this post was made).

#-5- Game logs (if possible)
Follow the file path: [User] / AppData / Roaming / [minecraft instance folder] / logs
Then you will see a "latest" log file and [ .log.gz ] file extensions. When the files have the [ .gz ] after it the file is unreadable, just rename the file to remove the .gz and the file becomes readable.
(e.g. 2018-08-26-1.log.gz becomes 2018-08-26-1.log so it is now readable)

#-6- Do you have other mods installed? (If so test in a quark only installation - not even Optifine).

By providing the list of things above you make it easier for the development team (such as Vazkii) to find out the problem and better help you!

Edit: Quark alone do not spawn Crystal Caves. With other mods, no config files, clean instalation, spawn the caves like before, even with the option turn off. On Realistic type and Vanilla world type. I dont understand, I think none of my other mods touch the world gen. And the config file is the same as before, when worked with Quark alone.

5: How can I generate a log without a crash?
6: Did it now, I remove every mod and config file except Quark and deleted his config to generate another new. And it worked. No Crystal Caves, So, its a problem in the older config, maybe? But I didnt change anything besides that option to turn the normal caves and the mod ones. But the first time I deleted de config files, don't work.

Hey! You can actually close threads that you made yourself!

Also don't feel stupid or call yourself stupid, everyone makes mistakes, and its a great thing that you were able to solve/figure out the problem!

I assume that you were talking about the Crystal Clusters from Actually Additions? Like the Red Crystal Clusters in lush caves for example?
