[Crash] [r1.5-120 - r.15-127] Invalid id 4096 - maximum id range exceeded

Really short summary: I got FTB Direwolf20 1.12 installed and added some mods to it. Wanted to add quark and always get this crash.
I already tried swapping foamfix for its lawful version and removing it completely without success.
Secondly I tried up-/downgrading Quark and/or AutoRegLib without any changes.
