Random Things block breaker should not be moved

Random Things Block Breaker crashes when moved by a piston, so, include
"randomthings:blockbreaker" into the list of blacklisted blocks by default.
Do you have the crash log?

Yes, I have it, unfortenately, I can't acces it right now (my server's which is were it is, is down), I'll post it in a few days.
Anyway, this issue was posted to Random Thing's github and Random Thing's author said that it shouldn't be moved: lumien231/Random-Things#208
