Change Speleothems models/textures/behavior to work like 1.19's Dripstone.
Speleothems are, honestly, ugly in my opinion, while Mojang's take on Dripstone seems to be better.

I'd rather not have any of the old quark models being changed or replaced by new ones, especially since they don't fit with the coder art personally. There's always Future MC and equivalents if you want the new stuff, please don't make others have to play with it or at least make it opt-in in the config.
