I can't seem to break my Totem of Holding. I'm using Quark-r1.5-141 but I had also seen this issue one before weeks ago. It doesn't happen very often but this is now the 2nd time I've seen this. Not sure what the pattern is that causes the conditions where it doesn't break.

I found what the issue for it is. You can get your items back by going on creative (or asking someone in your server who can) and whacking the totem.
