Multiple issues in the new Quark version. Quark-r1.5-162.jar for example the new percent options are bugged and fairy rings are everywhere.

Some of the & options dont seem to work and cause overpopulation of the features that are ment to be reduced when setting & chance lower will try to add more info later if i can

Could have something to do with the old config not overwriting propperly making a new one seems to reduce it but i simply disabled the rings for now.
