Deploy Ladders Down can place a floating ladder

Noticed this on the Crucial server.

If you use the ladder deploying feature, it's possible to place a floating wooden ladder, by deploying a ladder downwards past the surface it rests on. (If you update the floating ladder it falls off.)

Ill admit I didnt do much testing other than a "huh thats weird" on crucial

In the situation on the server I think i had a block next to the space the ladder erroneously deployed to (a block that would have supported the ladder, had it been placed against a different side of the block)
