Description:
With just the 'latest' versions of AutoRegLib and Quark, currently the tomes will ignore the valid enchantments list, allowing all enchantments such as Silk Touch, Infinity or Flame (etc. also includes modded enchantments as well) to have tomes generated for them.

Already fixed.
