Crash when populating chunks

I know that is an okd issue that many peoples have but everybody was just lagging. By me, the server crashes because a single tick tooks way too long (60 s for one tick). Can i augment the time that can take a tick to be calculated? are you already working on a possible fix?

i have read this old issue #412

but the worldgen is still crashing my server. Help wanted!

If you turn on the worldgen watchdog in the quark config it should produce a crash log. Post it on gist or pastebin please.
