In 1.12 I was using Feature events to hook into compatibility for Quark, these are missing in the 1.14 version.
I'm assuming they were just skipped over in the process of porting but these are still definitely useful!

@Vazkii You've reverted e72741c, but 391bf3c does not properly address this, I cannot disable individual features with the Module events. Requesting re-open
