Seems that I can get the hot bar swapper up, but when i choose a number nothing happens, Tried all numbers on keyboard. It does not switch out.

Running 28.2.0 Forge(updated today) on 1.14.4 MC, also didn't work on Forge 28.1.117 as well.

Also I had an idea that might be cool, keep the hot bar swapper up and being able to scroll through all 4 rows, maybe make it customizable with a config file. Choosing the number of rows the user wants.
