[1.15.2] Quark + Quark Oddities not loading. Encountering error during the "sided_setup" event phase.

Whenever I attempt to load up the modpack with quark and quark oddities, I get an error before I can even reach the title screen. I checked the logs and found this in the log:

I can not reach the title screen, and it happens whenever the pack was booted up.
This ONLY occurs when quark oddities is used in conjunction. When I disable quark oddities, quark by itself worked.
