[1.15.2] Iron Grates are see-trough when placed on a ceiling

When you place the Iron Grate on a ceiling (possibly in a cave) you see through the block above you.
It's sort of like the leaf x-ray in old Minecraft versions.

Steps to reproduce:
1)Go to a cave.
2)Place the Iron Grate on the bottom face of any block.
3)Observe the view.
