After some testing, Foxhounds don't affect the Smoker and Blast Furnace in the same way they do the regular furnace.\

Additionally, the math for the Foxhounds seems off; 1 coal smelts 11 items, and it just barely doesn't hit 12 items, which seems odd to me.
