Quark fails to load in Forge 32.0.97

Quark fails to load during Forge modloading. Was working with no issues prior to updating Forge & grabbing the most recent Quark release (2.2-257) off of CurseForge (which purported to load properly).

did you grab latest auto reg lib?

You need latest quark and arl.

I did not update ARL. That solved the problem. Thank you & sorry for the superfluous error report.
