[1.16.4] Unable to craft chests out of Oh The Biomes You'll Go planks with Quark installed

Oh The Biomes You'll Go planks usually can be crafted into a regular vanilla chest, but with Quark installed the recipe seems to disappear/be broken.

Tested with:

  • Quark-r2.4-293.jar
  • byg-1.1.7-BETA-v2.jar
  • AutoRegLib-1.6-47.jar
  • Forge 35.1.36

Same underlying bug as #2862; as a workaround try mixing two different woods
