Quark seems to disable my server from going online

I've been playing on a Server.pro-hosted server trying to get Quark to run on it. I'm working with Minecraft 1.16.4, Forge 35.1.4, Quark-r2.4-294, and AutoRegLib-1.6-47. When I place AutoRegLib and Quark into the server's "mods" folder and restart in order to get it refreshed, I get intense CPU bloat.
This results in my server being incapable of even getting online. It appears online on the server page on my browser but completely unreachable in the minecraft server list in-game. No bars of connection, "Can't connect to server" displayed underneath the name.
So I've contacted Server.pro support and emailed back and forth with them to pretty much no help. In the end they essentially told me it's not their responsibility.
If anybody here can help me out with some insight into this issue hey that'd be pretty cool I'd be very grateful.
I figured it out. If someone ever finds themselves in my dumb shoes later. Learn how to put in a custom version of forge into Serverpro or whatever server hoster you use instead of using their defaults. Pay attention to the crash reports, the versions that these things require, and jesus christo use backups no matter what.
