[Request, 1.16.5] Make matrix enchanting a separate table. for compatibility and player choice reasons. + other suggestions to expand it's mechanics and utility

I would like to make a (hopefully) simple request.
I would like to be able to configure matrix enchanting to work as a separate table. This is mainly for cross compatibility but also player choice between using randomized enchanting, or trying to create a focused matrix enchanter to get a more customized experience but probably use a lot more XP.
If anything it could just require an anvil, forging table and enchantment table together as a recipe and it creates an enchanting table that has a grid on the top that looks like the matrix grid so you can tell the two apart.
of course, oddities still required and all.
While I'm on the subject, I might aswell add a suggestion to have an extra slot in the table that allows you to take a pre-enchanted book and consume it to add an equivalent part to the enchanting process immediately so that you can be slightly more prepared by using books.
Then further if you keep getting enchantments you don't like due to having other mods that add a lot more variety of choices, this slot can also be used as a "blacklist" slot. In this case you can add a book or already enchanted item to it and it reads the enchantments and clicking a different [X] button it adds them to a list of "don't include" enchantments for that current session for even further manipulation to your enchanting system.
So for example, I got a nice sword, and I got sharpness 3 handy in a book. I can throw the sharpness book in and click a check mark button and it adds me a sharpness 3 piece immediately. But say I know the current modpack keeps giving me some stuff like soulbounds or I dislike knockback cause it screws up my combos in fighting by throwing foes too far I can put books of those in the same slot and hit the X and now whenever I consume lapis and levels to create new pieces it will never try to generate me pieces of those enchantments again for that sword.
As a far off bonus, although it's also probably a very far and collosal ask at this point, but a splice job of matrix enchanting and apotheosis expanded enchanting stats and improved levels could be interesting also.
alternatively just the ability to set the achievable enchanting level to absurd levels and have people jam their improved enchanting bookshelves and other blocks in around it to get really big enchanting going could work too.
