[BUG 1.16.5] World Simulation Freezes Then Server Crashes.

Minecraft: 1.16.5
Forge: forge-1.16.5-36.2.26.jar
Mods: Quark, AutoRegLib, TwilightForest.

When players run around the world or I load chunks, the server just freezes dead and dies. My crash:
