Glimmering Weald generation sometimes breaks when used with Terrablender

Hi,
After testing the generation of the new Glimmering Weald biome in my modpack, I noticed that it would generate all the way to the surface and break up the surface generation as well, leading to dry ocean biomes and huge beach biomes generating next to it for some strange reason:
It seems that this has something to do with Terrablender and it's way of placing biomes which seems to have a problem with Quark's biome. Although when I have another biome mod such as Terralith installed, this issue is much easier to reproduce. I'm not quite sure which of the two mods is the cause of this issue in all honesty.
If there's anything else that I can test or more information that I can provide just let me know and I will try my best to assist.

EDIT: I changed the title and description to reflect new knowledge about this issue, as I have since been able to reproduce this issue without Terralith installed.
I also Use Terralith alongside Quark and Biomes O Plenty, so Id also like to know if this is an issue
