New bow animation doesn't have the recoil

Hey, thanks for implementing my bow animation! I've noticed however that the aftershot twang wasn't implemented. Can this be implemented or are there any technical/artistic reasons for why not?

As it is right now it can't, because vanilla doesn't have a way for you to tell post-shot from not firing at all.
But I with forge I bet we could use something like ArrowLooseEvent to feed data to a custom item predicate + add that override in the json. So yeah it should be possible to do.
