Hi, it says "The game crashed whilst rendering overlay
Error: net.minecraftforge.fml.config.ConfigFileTypeHandler$ConfigLoadingException:
Failed loading config file quark-common.toml of type COMMON for modid quark"
I dont know if this is a common issue, but im new to GitHub so yeah

It's likely the config file got corrupted somehow, try deleting it and see if it works
