(1.10.2) Quark r1.1-70 Blocks disappearing

I am running a mod pack and every time I log on, quark chests and quark beds vanish. The beds are replaced with quark stair blocks, like purpur and granite. I was wondering if there were any incompatibilities with certain mods.
Here is a modlist:

Thank You
I just recently had to restart my world a couple days ago (due to Biome Bundle) and I had made some changes to my custom pack. Just today I logged in an noticed this issue. Also I had a slew of Quark Diorite brick stairs that were replaced by a single row of Charred brick, in addition to the bed chaing to the slab and the chest dissapearing. I did not have this on my previous world a few days ago (that world was running for a few months)
I looked through your modlist and I am going to include the ones that I had recently updated/added that are in yours, as this is where the likely conflict is.

I updated and removed some mods and there were Lumium, Steel, Constantan, and Enderium blocks replacing some blocks. Alongside this, there were X-Net controllers and a lot of water was replaced with resonant ender fluid. Finally, I traveled to the nether and instead of the Quark Basalt, there were Midori stairs, it was extremely bizarre.
My server logs do not go back far enough, but could you check to see if you have any "id mismatch" entries around world load time? I have noticed that quark causes a bunch of id mismatch entries and I am wondering if you look for an id mismatch entry and the block id of one of those blocks was in its place and had the same id.
I'm going to try to bring up a test server with just quark and OTG gen a world, restart it and see if I see those mismatch errors and any block changes, then I am goign to add another mod from my set and see if I can reproduce the issue. This is a weird one and I am unsure why it is happening suddenly.
I found something in the logs, the forge debugger is fixing ID mismatches, mostly Forestry and Quark, that's probably the incompatibility issue.
I dont have forestry installed but the id mismatch is the only clue I can find so far.
On the lighter side, I decided to do a little spectator run around my world and I found this hilarious spot:

The large blobs are what I assume were huge stone deposits, are now full of quark beds, the closest being pink and the farther one orange.
Hmm... I saw you had "missing id from the world entries", so I looked for those in my logs and I had some as well around the time I last updated, and they were similar to yours. I didn't notice them before because I was focused on quark.
I'm going to try to downgrade my client gen a world and then udpate it to see if I can get a way to produce this. So far I have had no luck.
Followup,
I have updated OTG a few times but I noticed it seems that quark is shifting its IDs when the server is restarted, I dont know if this is due to a mod being updated or if it is something it does anyway but that is my best guess so far as to why this occurs. I am going to open a ticket in OTG as well to see if anybody else has noticed this or if they have an idea of how to debug the issue.
Edit: maybe not the item ids, but the block ones, as the quark dark oak trapdoor I had placed in the world was gone, but the ones I had crafted were still in a chest.
I cant say it happens with the exact same mods, I have only noticed it when I had updated mods, or added them, though I do both at the same time, if I add any. On the flip side, until the new Biome Bundle, and OTG, was released, I had never, ever, had this happen before.
Given what you said, I wonder if the issue is with the remapping of IDs, if something in OTG is not handling it the same as the default generator and Quark is just the victim?
The only thing I can think of is that when you generated the world you either had a different set of mods, different settings for those mods or those mods were loaded in a different order. Numerical block id's are dynamically assigned as far as I know so if you use a world with saved id's with a server that has those id's mapped differently then you get this problem. *If you say this happens on a reboot with the exact same mods and settings then it's pretty weird though.
Well the thing is that OTG doesn't add any blocks or items, only biomes. Also OTG does not touch blocks in the world except during terrain generation. So if you log out and back in and blocks have changed it seems impossible that OTG could be directly responsible.
Its not a login/log out issue, but a server stop, mods updated (maybe one added) server restart issue. But either was at this point I think we have seen that Quark is not the reason so I guess this issue can be closed.
