Ender arrow teleported me to NaN, NaN, NaN.

There may have been some slime involved. Happened on 1.10, r1.1-70.

What do you mean "some slime involved"? Any more info that could help pinpoint the issue?

Slime block facing up, slime block on top of it, redstone block adjacent to slime block. Poke the piston. This makes the piston move endlessly. I fired an arrow at the slime block from above. It's not consistent.
