[Suggestion] Data-driven baked in enchants for other items/tag sets

You do baked in fortune for gold, which is nice, and I like the idea. it can't be particularly abused to steal the fortune or smash two of them together to get fortune 3 etc.
But something that would be verily interesting if possible would be a datadriven mechanic that takes that system and expands it to other items throughout a modpack, configurable by users or made compatible by mod makers to allow items to come with enchantments baked in which cannot be salvaged by other mods or transferred/removed to other items, much like the fortune 2 on gold. (for 1.19.2 onwards if possible)
I could find much use out of this mechanic to allow certain weapons to act and work differently combat wise just by throwing some natural enchantments on them to replicate combat/additional mechanics where they don't exist, such as modding simplyswords equipment (which is otherwise just stat variation) with enchantments to differentiate them mechanically in the absence of better combat.
Haha, chuck it in optional/experimental features then, and I'll be the first to test it. :P
Unfortunately it's the kind of eldritch that means "incredibly hard to do, but incredibly easy once I've got the setup for it". Not the "highly unstable" kind.
