Can't reproduce, they look fine to me. Seed/coords of that screenshot?

Here i'm on seed -6275040819079033091 at -246.13 70.09 -755.68 and things look ok.

Ok, it's specifically only at the room with 1 lava in the center (which in this seed is at /execute in minecraft:the_nether run tp @s -282.94 69.18 -714.11 540.91 13.80)
