1.19.2 FORGE - Config reset on server randomly

Description: For a very long time now (for three months) and repeatedly on my server, there is a problem that causes Quark configs to reset constantly. Particularly if the server terminated incorrectly. This bug really tarnishes the experience of using Quark and I can't relax on my server, as at any moment config can say "goodbye"
"Reproduce": you turn off the server, make the config settings, save them, turn the server back on, and in one of the server restarts all configs are reset to default. This is often accompanied by a .bak version of the config. This happens most often after restart, but does not happen 100% of the time. About every 3-4 restarts are bound to be broken. Other mod configs are not broken at that. When trying to reproduce the problem on my computer, I can't get it. Apparently it has something to do with actions on the server itself or with the players.
I have no idea why exactly this happens. The only thing I can think of is some bug related to Enable Onboarding or Use Anti Overlap
FORGE 1.19.2 - 43.3.5

Unfortunately, Pastebin refuses to accept the file because of "Pastebin’s SMART filters have detected potentially offensive or questionable content in your Paste. The content you are trying to publish has been deemed potentially offensive or questionable by our filters, because of this you’re receiving this warning.", but I have no idea where he saw offenses in there, so I'll just post it as a file (sorry, I wanted to hide this full text under a spoiler, but github has a character limit xD):
- 2024-01-08-1.log
- debug.log
- latest.log
- config quark-common.txt (format changed to txt because github won't let me download .toml)
