Can't Config Quark from Mainscreen

If you have the Obscure API+any of their mods and Quark 1.20.1+Zeta installed the q "Configured Quark Here!" does not go to Configure Quark but Obscure's Configure. They seem to want the same space? but Quark just overwrites the icon and tooltip?

Showing the q on main screen below but when I click on it it goes to Obscure's Configure/Info:

I did report it to obscure api. I dunno if they are going to reply or not. But I did figure out I can go into the config for Quark and change the 'q' to the right side and then I can edit quark from the main screen.
