Whenever I look at my Ender Watcher that's next to my command block the command block doesn't activate. It works with levers and buttons and all other redstone except for the Ender Watcher.

Does the ender watcher power redstone dust next to it?

No, I put it right next to it. It still should work though because I put one right next to a redstone lamp and when I looked at the watcher it powered the lamp.
