Stone tools can not be crafted with Deepslate & Blackstone and their recipe category is removed when Better Stone Tools is disabled

This is because the vanilla stone tool recipe replacement is outdated and was not updated when the tag was introduced:

Vanilla

All 5 stone tool recipes need to use the following:
"category": "equipment"
and
"tag": "minecraft:stone_tool_materials"
