Crafting recipes in the autocrafter broken when using stackable items with containers

I wanted to report this bug involving Twilight's Flavors and Delight. The issue might be caused by Quark. To craft meef wellington you need 8 consumable items + a bowl of mushgloom sauce, an item that uses a bowl as container. When there is an excess of mushgloom sauce and the crafter is powered, all the sauce is used up despite crafting only 1 meef wellington and consuming 1 each of the other ingredients.
