Placing a ladder behind a floating ladder (by using the bottom of the supporter block), let's you remove the full block and have the ladders floating, this was a bug fixed a couple of versions back.

Im pretty confident this is technically a bug with vanilla. Still gonna fix

I mean, at best is an oversight in vanilla, since leaders can't float normally..
