Lag Spikes

when playing quark i get repiteded lag spikes that drop me to 12 frames, removing quark stops this so i don't know whats going on

I'm going to need more information on this. Do you have any other mods loaded? Optifine? What versions are you using?

solved it, world gen needed abit more ram
