Request: onTileEntityMoveEvent

I'm one of the developers for the 1.12.2 version of Dimensional Doors. My team members and myself have expressed interesting in supporting the movement of rifts by other mods. Quark came up. I wanted to take the initiative and make sure its possible. It would be an easy matter to make sure rifts don't break if moved but I need a way to know when Quark moves a TileEntity. So I request an event that fires when this occurs.
