FPS impacts speed of the emotes

Using the max framerate option, I tested the speed at which headbang completes at different framerates:
10fps = 9.6 seconds
60fps = 6.9 seconds
120fps = 6.0 seconds
Amount of time is not linearly proportional to fps.
Headbang is supposed to take 4.6 seconds to complete, all of the emotes seem to take more time than their stated time values.
