mc 1.16.5 and server is running on Mohist #813 (plugin & forge hybrid (i've also tried this on normal forge)=

I don't explicitly support mohist, I would suggest just using a similar plugin instead. I don't know why this is happening but I'm not really concerned

same thing is happening without mohist (forge only)
