I went to a nether fortress and then used the /home command, to return to my overworld base. When I got teleported back all my 72 levels were gone

in my testing relogging fixes this

Then this is clientside, I'm going to close if another can confirm

To add onto my previous comment relogging or gaining more XP fixes it. It is definitely client side, had a similar issue on a paper server using a different plugin
